Sorry but if a home is foreclosed on then the bank now owns it so there are no payments to take over. Your best bet for a deal like this is to maybe ask for someone to do a lease/purchase with you. That way with a small option deposit you can move in and start making payments. You will have to give a timeline for being able to follow thru and buy the home. You are basically asking for owner financing.
