I cannot speak for trulia on this issue, but I am happy to provide my clients information on how much property has sold for in the past and any other reports that will help them. Arkansas' tax records are public and easy to access to get a full history on entire neighborhoods.

Put in all but 71909 which is Hot Springs Village, and as you go down the left side of the page you will see median prices for homes sold. You will also see the Acg List price.
