It certainly is a great community. Prices have dropped a little, but it's still considered one of the most premier townhome communities in the area. The quality of construction is great. I took a walk through their club house and it's magnificent. Out of the 3 model homes, one has been sold (the corner unit). The other two are available for a walk through.

If you're looking for the best deal, go after a resale property. Private sellers are much more motivated to sell than Toll Brothers. There are a few properties in the community that are listed at under market value.

There are a LOT of kids. We are thinking of moving there and live close by already. On driving through, the feel of the community is very active and sociable. Kids meet in the common grassy area to play football, and many neighbors walk the community (seems to be very dog-friendly too). The elementary kids walk to the school right across the street, where there is a crossing guard.

The prices of the townhomes are dropping. I've watched the prices for a year now, and more deals are popping up. Where they used to ask in the $400s, now they are in the $300s. The community is almost sold out (this from having spoken to their sales reps at the community office). You can still walk through 3 models to get a feel for the homes, but these are being prepared to be sold, so go soon. The better deals you are looking for are definitely in the resale homes, not in Toll Brothers construction.

This is a great community with a clubhouse and gorgeous pool. There are also lots of available homes for sale, both re-sale where you can get a great price as well as new construction from Toll Brothers.
