Like was stated previously, you can find listings online with an MLS property search. Most of the sites will allow you to adjust the price range you are looking for. When looking for deals, one thing I do is setup "saved searches" that meet the criteria I want, e.g. single family homes in little falls, for under 75k. You could also include info like your minimum bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Having these saved searches makes it easy to identify when a new house that meets your criteria hits the market.

Hi James......it should be easy to find homes in that area, if they are listed on MLS, which about 99% are. Just go to my website and follow the prompts for "find a home". It's at the top of the page. We list reciprocal listing, so they'll all be there. Get a good Realtor looking for you also.
