I would like to know if a home that is for sale is ever rented to own ?

FIRST ANSWER
That is a great conversation to have with the seller. Times are hard and most sellers are amenable to trying new ways to sell their house. My firm, LCH Real Estate, has a lease option program for our clients. You can use some of our info as a talking point to your seller.
