thats for nueces county... use ur common sense n search the site u need according to the county in question (can't give ALL my secrets away!)

selet property address(if u know the owners name u can enter that or just last name even)......no abrv. no street or road or anything JUST THE NAME OF THE STREET ex: "whitecap" then go down the list to the house number. u can put the house number and street name in the search bar, but this started not working all the time this yr. so its easier to just do it the other way.

AS FAR AS insurance....theres a website for that to, u gotta search for it. or call an insurer n ask for a quote. simple. jus say ur CONSIDERING buying a property n u want an ins. est. on such n such property

THEN! lol u can get on them handy loan payment calc's online n see what ur payment would b (about)

There are multiple units for sale in this complex. The insurance is more then likely covered in the HOA fees except for your personal contents.
