I would like to invest in a foreclosure property in Atlanta, could anyone suggest respectable areas which could in theory be suitable to rent out.
I am an overseas investor who fails to totally understand how far the market has slumped. I would not be too phased if I invested in the lower end of the market but do not want to be in an area that will never appreciate or find it very difficult to sell when the time is right.
