Julia Pinecrest is a great place to live! I am sure you have done your homework on it! My office is right in the heart of Pinecrest! (12651 S Dixie Hwy. ) Please let me know the price range of homes you would like researched as we start in the 500k and can top 3 million. Or would you like a over all view? Hi Julia
Would you like all the homes for sale in Pinecrest, or are you looking for just a particular price range. I'll be happy to prepare those stats for you, if you are seriously looking and you have a specific price range in mind. Pinecrest happens to be one of my key areas, and I grew up there. If you go the website below, you'll find a graph for Pinecrest, showing the "list-to-sale" (that's what you are looking for) ratio, and how it has progressed over the last year. I can tell you that you'll find Pinecrest will be somewhere between 8-10% (homes selling 8-10% less than asking price).
