I would like to find out about a empty house at 406 Willumae Drive , Syracuse Ny 13208?

According to ongov.net, 406 Willumae is currently held by ATFS (also referred to as ATFH). Ongov is a great resource for properties located in Onondaga County. I'm not sure if they are currently considering the property for sale or not, but if you're considering purchasing it you or your buyers agent can do some simple homework through ongov or the MLS to get in touch with the right the people to help you. 406 Willumae is not in the MLS postings. It may be a for sale by owner. You can contact a Realtor to do some legwork for you. Re 410, it sold two years ago, as a HUD foreclosure. Hope this helps.
