I have a nice mobile home in Largo, Fl. (Pinellas County) in an all-age mobile home park. Please contact me for deatails and pictures. 336-262-8980
It is too hard to sell a mobile home in florida resident owned. I did live in Honeyvine and it is a nice park. I also lived in Ranchero Village and it is beautiful, but tens to clickish. Check all the windows to make sure they work and have the home inspected for electrical and siding and roof and water damage. In Rancheo Villiage the rent goes up a lot each year. It is you get what you pay for and there are motorcycles. Not so in Honeyvine. If you want for info email me at cmgnow@gmail.com. Traffic in the area in the winter is pretty high.
the Honeyvine Mobile Home Park or Blue Horizon are not resident owned .. in Largo Fl. 33771 about 30 minutes west of Tampa International Airport...the owners are wonderful people. The lot rent (please don't quote me ) is approx $350.00 monthly which includes water, trash, sewer & lawn maintainance. they have a lovely pool, & a club house with activities. Is close to Largo Mall, beaches, Publix. I lived in the Honeyvine for approx 9 years & there are alot of canadians also there.
We finance many mobile homes in Florida. I recommend purchasing the home with the land included. You will save allot of money and interest.

Ftoope,
mobile homes not with land (as those in parks), are not considered real estate in Florida.
The license to sell the mobiles not with land is a dealer's license (as with automobiles).
Most mobile home parks in that area have on site sales and resales.
If you do an internet search using the following, you should find several possibilites that may help you
mobile home parks>largo
best of luck
