The neighborhood around Jacaranda Parkway is located in the very northeast corner of Cape Coral.

Directly north of Jacaranda Parkway is the Gator Circle neighborhood which was an area of much speculation during the real estate boom years. This is a plated community with single-family homes on 1/4 acres lots. Gator Circle is all well/septic as public utilities have not been extended to this neighborhood. There are a significant number of freshwater canals in the Gator Circle neighborhood and many homes have rear water views. Here is a resource to search for homes in Gator Circle: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/gator-circle.php

Directly south of Jacaranda Parkway is the Coral Lakes gated community. Coral Lakes has both single-family homes and town homes. Coral Lakes is served by municipal water and sewer and the community has an extensive list of amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and tennis. Here is a resource to view homes for sale at Coral Lakes: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/coral-lakes.php

Jacarnada Parkway is also home to Los Lomas and The Woods neighborhoods. These communities feature ranch-style living on large, secluded parcels. These communities have well/septic.

Good luck with your search!

For any crime issues consult with the local police department, for water quality contact the local water company for any available reports, taxes will vary, etc., possibly consider asking locals/neighbors; if you don't have an agent, consider the idea.

Taxes confer to county tax website

Crime rate refer to Police department

Water quality refer to city

Sewer and public services - clarity for your question

I can tell you about Jacaranda in St. Lucie County on the beach~ It's a great neighborhood and in walking didtance to Archie's! Also, the HOA owns 500; beach access so everyhomeowner in Surfside ownes part of that access which is equiped with a shower, walk-over to beach and a gezebo.

Without an address your question is difficult to answer. Taxes depend on the value of the home and also vary depending on your status as owner (you get a homestead exemption if you live in the home as your primary residence which lowers your taxes.

Parts of the city are on city utilities (city water and sewer) while other parts are still currently on well and septic. For more information on Cape Coral including crime rate (which Realtors® can't discuss with you) visit http://www. href="http://www.sheriffleefl.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.sheriffleefl.org/ or http://p2c.capecoral.net/

As a resident of Cape Coral for over 22 years I know the area extremely well and would happy to discuss the area with you and explain things like the utility expansion project for city water and sewer.
