go to work within 30 mins. Is there any communities that have great schools and access to the parkway that is within that 30 minute driving distance to spring hill? I've heard of WatersEdge is that a good community to consider?
Hi, yes there are great communities in the Hudson area within 3.5 miles from the suncoast parkway and within a 30 minute drive to Spring Hill and the Tampa airport, either direction. Watersedge is great but carries CDD's and association dues which covers cable and some other amenities to include the gate. There are communities such as Meadow Oaks a golf course community which has amenities like Watersedge but no CDD's. Schools in the area are all similar, but Hudson is opening a new high school located on State Road 52 in September 2010. The closer you are to the Suncoast Pwky and SR 52 you will find newer communities with builders in place. Also, some great deals are going on right now through Lennar at the Verandahs, a very nice subdivison. So in short, there is a lot to chose from on SR52.
Watersedge is in New Port Richey at the outskirts of Moon Lake. If you take SR-52 to get to 19 to get to Spring Hill it will probably take you at least an hour each way. It is a very nice community though with lots of amenities.
If you are more concerned about traveling time I would consider Ballantrae. It is much closer to the Veterans Expressway which cuts down on driving time to Spring Hill.
Missadam;
Ballantrae and the other new communities nearby would be your perfect option. Located right at the intersection of the Veterans Expressway and SR 54, it boasts new homes (many selling at bargain prices), new schools, new shopping malls, and 10 tollway minutes from Springhill, 20 to the airport, and 20 to the coastal cities and ammenities.
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.
