I'm not sure, but here's a web address from the Bentonville schools website which may help you.

And the two websites below (Web References) have information about real estate in NW Arkansas.
I might suggest that you also search for rentals in the online classifieds of the two newspapers here. Then plug in the addresses at the website above to determine whether they are in the school area you want.

You might also consider calling the school and talking to them. In Bentonville, just because you live in the area of a particular school doesn't mean that your child can attend that school. It all depends on space available for that particular grade.
I had a client a few years ago that moved into a neighborhood directly across from Elm Tree Elementary, but there was not space available in the grade that her child was in, so her child had to attend a different school.
In my experience all of the schools are good schools. After all, they all eventually feed into Bentonville HS which is highly rated nationally. When we first moved to NW Arkansas 15 years ago, my son was in 2nd grade. He attended Thomas Jefferson and I was very pleased with the teacher he had and the attention he was given. Most of the schools have active parent teacher organizations, the teachers are very dedicated and caring.
Thus, I would go for the kind of house you want, then check out the school at the website above which pertains to that school. If you will be making an exploratory trip here, visit the school, talk to administrative personnel and teachers. Make an informed decision.
