I agree with the others. You need to look for your lender even before you look for a home.
Time is very tight for you to move in a month. 30-45 days from signing a contract to closing on your new home is common, with 45 days preferred.
Any good buyers agent can help you locate an aggressive lender, but you need to move forward with your lender choice ASAP.
