excellent credit score,And also how much is space rent in a mobile home community? thanks

FIRST ANSWER
True Mobile homes are financed differently and the age of the unit is a big factor, speak with your lender or credit union for requirements. Space rentals vary widely by type of park and age of park. One park here in Auburn the rent is about $415/mo includes sewer, water, garbage. To compare different parks find out what the space rent pays for and what amenities are available to the residents.
