ICON means Insured Conventional loan, which would be a non government backed loan with less than 20% down.
You may be interested in a homebuyers class I will be having July 11 and again July 25.
The class is free and you are under no obligation to work with any of the presenters. During the class we do teach you how to read the BLC printout.
