I was looking at a hud house NHMSI site said that a offer was accepted. That was 3 weeks ago the status of
the property never went to contngt-fin/ins it is still listed as active on all realtors websites. What is the deal will it be relisted on NHMSI for rebidding or what?Did the buyer back out of the offer?
Yeah Ron,They dont alway update their site on these hud,If said accepted then prob sold.If you give me address I will find out for you.

I see the sale thing here. There was one home that closed and the listing agent still had not updated it on the MLS. The most up to date information on HUD homes in Ohio is NHMSI.
