There are lots of agents here on Trulia. Do some research, check out our sites, call us up, and do some comparison shopping. When you find one you click with, use them as your agent.

Good Luck.

Hi there Just looking in CA! I'm an agent here in SoCal - I work out of the Coldwell Banker office in Laguna Beach, about 15-20 minutes from Irvine. I'd be happy to assist you in your search for bank owned properties (REO's). I'm current working with several buyers who are looking at REO's specifically in the south county area of Orange County. I can provide you with daily updates on the latest new listings available. What is your price range? If you could provide me with your search criteria, i.e. minimum # of bedrooms and baths and any other pertinant information, I will send you what is available. Thanks!

Hi there F.
I work a lot in the Irviine Area. If you send me the address I can get the information to you. If you are considering to buy you may want to rethink using a listing agent as they have a legal respnsibility to the seller and working with a buyer is considered a conflict of interests. You would need a buyers agent for a purchase just as you would a listing agent for a sale. If you would like an agent commited to helping you please drop me a line

Kind Regards

Good afternoon. If you post the address of the property, I can direct you to the listing agent for that particular property.

If you'd like information about what else is available in the Irvine market in terms of bank-owned properties, foreclosures, and short-sales, please feel free to contact me directly or check out my website.
