I was interested in a home for sale at 29 Peerless St Cranston, Ri. I noticed the for sale sign several days
ago. Now the sign is no longer posted. Has this property been sold?

I don't know why they took down the sign. The property is in an active/pending backup status. This means it is currently under contract but they are accepting back up offers. I would be happy to help you if you would like to put in an offer(if you do not currently have a buyer's agent).
