I want to use an Delaware LLC to buy a residential property in New York State. Do I need to register in NY?
I am a foreigner who owns the Delaware LLC. The LLC will do no business in NY, just hold property. Are there any special requirements I need to do prior to buying the property via the LLC? Is there a better way for me as a foreigner to make the purchase?
