I want to sue my real estate agent because he showed me a condo for $389,000 and then tells me that someone else came in and said that he will buy it

for $400,000 plus 10% down. I was not able to afford that, so I told that to my broker. He told me that he has faith in me and that I will be able to do it. Then he made a promise that in 6 months I can refiance the Condo and pay off all my debts to where the only thing I would have to worry about is the mortgage. I agreed and did it. 6 months later I tried to refinance with him and he told me that I was not able to because I did not put any money down. Since then I have had financial problems to where I had to leave the Condo and the state I was living in to try to make a better life. Also my broker lied on the application saying that I made $11,000 a month when in reality I was making $3,000 to $5,000 a month.

OUCH! Loan officers are now required to be licensed in Michigan (which should have happened LONG ago in my opinion), so you could file a complaint against that individual. It is very unfortunate that the loan officer promised you something like that, and lying on an application is fraud.

I would advise you secure the services of an attorney, ASAP.

I think that you are confusing your real estate agent with your mortgage lender. Real estate agents don't handle loans. If you feel that your mortgage lender has done something unethical or fraudulent, then you will need to take that up with the lender.
