You can search all the homes currently available on the MLS in real time as I have a 'direct link' to the Mid Florida MLS. Because it's a 'direct link' you see all the home available no matter what Real Estate Company or Real Estate Agent has them listed.

You can also set yourself up to have the homes sent to your email daily, it's easy. This keeps you from going through the same homes you have ruled out over and over to find the new ones just listed.

My wife is a long time Lake Mary resident and all three kids attended and graduated Lake Mary schools all this gives us a great perspective of the area.

You can go to http://www.SellingLakeMary.com and click on Your Home Search. This will give you access to the properties currently on the market in Lake Mary and Heathrow. You will need to know what neighborhoods are zoned for Heathrow Elementary. If you are unsure about that, just take the address of the house and plug it in to the Seminole County Public School website at http://www.scps.k12.fl.us. Hope this helps.
