I want to purchase a property but there is fraud involvement by the builder and now is listed with a real estate agent. What do I need to know?

Fraud is very serious and something you do not want any part of. My advice for sure would be to hire a Realtor and/or an attorney if needed! Would love to help if you are not working with anyone else!
