Jam, Home Buyer in Lubbock, TX

I want to purchase a home with a VA loan. If I put nothing down will the monthly price be higher if I use a VA loan?

I agree with the others. Get with a local lender to look at your options and get pre-qualified. If you need recomendations for a lender or want to work with a Realtor that is an Accredited Buyer's Representative email or call me.

VA loans do not make the monthly higher.... It is actually your best option amost always.

Good question. Talk with a local lender, go over all your lending questions. Are you pre-approved? That really should be the first thing any buyer does in today's market. Not just to see IF you can buy a house or for how much, but what your prospective payment(s) will be, what type of loan, % down required and etc.

Here in Arizona, we must have a pre-qual form filled out and signed by lender & buyers on any offers we make or they will not be accepted, another reason to get pre-approved first. It should be free to do, no obligiation or cost. Call a local lender today & see what you can do.
