I want to know about goverment tax forclosures in tooele county, utah

you can focus on foreclosures, however banks have figured out the real estate business, so they usually get close to actuall market value. I would recommend that you just try to focus on all properties, bank owned, shortsales, and owner occupant. You just never know where the best deal is, but I do know if you focus in one area you probably wont get the best deal. Some people just buy HUD homes and they end up bidding up the price over the actuall value of the home, jsut because they think they are gitting a good deal. Just keep your options open. FIRST ANSWER

Check out this website for the current HUD listings in UT: http://mcbreo.com/st_utmain.htm Then click the City or County link next to where it reads "veiw all available properties" in the upper left corner. It will give you a list of the counties that currently have HUD listings. HUDs are kind of slim pickin's right now but this is the best place to find current info. Good luck!
