School zoning is not currently a searchable criteria, but it is a very common question that I receive as a REALTOR in Lake Mary. I admire your "do it yourself attitude" and as such your best resources will be the Seminole County Public Schools Website...

I am not aware of any website that gives you the capability of searching only within in the Heathrow Elementary school zone. If you are working with a realtor, they can provide you with the neighborhoods that are currently in the specific elementary.
