I am an agent, but unfortunatly not in that area. I am assuming this is a gated community. I would recommend contacting an agent anyway. Just be up front with them about your plans. Having an agent accomany you will be very beneficial, as he/she may know details about the listing and of course can get you into the property efficiently. Who knows...you may even form a great relationship with them. It would be very handy to have a great agent you already know when you plan to buy!! Good luck!
