As a 10 year resident and Real Estate Broker in Discovery Bay I must say that Discovery Bay is a wonderful place to live, play and raise a family.

If you want to live on the water, prices are down about 45% from their 2006 highs and there are some incredible bargains if you can be patient and watch the market carefully. You should be working with a local agent who knows Discovery Bay well.
