Fix it, give me a call and I can help you, If you can not take the time there are lenders that will lend to low scores but they are expensive.

Hello Gloria, Do you have down payment and closing costs? You may qualify FHA 10% down with fico scores between 500-579 and if you have a minimum 580 fico score you may qualify to buy from 3.5% down or as low as half percent down payment program. You may qualify to buy with minimum out of pocket expenses and pay less than rent. Do you need listings emailed to you to study?

I specialize in Under 640 Fico Score Loans and offer credit repair at no cost to raise fico scores to qualify. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify you in minutes and go over your options and credit repair. Here is a needs list to gather for processing a loan approval, DU Approval or pre-approval letter. http://tinyurl.com/l9ctod4

Here are some links to study and consider that I offer.

Gloria, buying a home takes a certain degree of planning. If your certain your credit is bad , you may want to work with a credit restoration company to be in a better position to buy.
Opening a Checking and Savings is easy , just visit your preferred bank and have your ID and a deposit ready to go.

For credit restoration , contact Blanca Duenas at 909-910-7996
For your home loan , contact Chris Burns at First Mortgage Corp at 951-656-9315
