I just helped a first time Buyer purchase a wonderful 2 bed unit in Nashua last week, There are still some great programs out there, But not all complexes would work. Fell free to contact me and I'll be happy to share info with you.

Do you have a certain condo picked out and it currently has a low condo fee? I can help you out with the financing. I'm located in Somersworth, NH. We can do a Free pre-approval and never have application fees either.

FIRST ANSWER

Contact your lender. If you need a lender let me know I can get you one. Each condo complex is different and some will not qualify for 1st home buyers progams, or FHA backed programs.
