Please give David and me a call. We would love to assist you and would need some more information from you. Are you looking for a one family or multi-family home, and what other specific needs to you have regarding size, number of rooms, etc?

At the upper end of your price range you are giving there are currently two active listings on the MLS in Windsor Terrace. One property is a one-family attached home with 3 BR and is listed at $699,000. The second is a two family semi-detached home with 7 BR and is listed at $758,000. However, both of these properties have been upgraded, according to listing information. Information on the one-family indicates it is fully renovated. The 2 family is described as mint condition.

Five homes have closed over the past 6 months in Windsor Terrace, and the sales prices ranged from $565,000 to $800,000. Two of those sold homes needed TLC; one sold for $565,000 and the other sold at $620,000. Based upon these comps, a fixer-upper within the $500 - $700K range very possible, as long as you are willing to take some time to look.

We would be happy to assist you, so please feel free to call us at the numbers below.

In order to make your search easier, consider working with an agent of your own--he/she can provide you with all information needed, keep you updated as new listings emerge on the market, schedule showings, etc.; also check local print media for by owner properties, word of mouth, etc.

I'm looking to spend between 500-700. Depending on how much work it needs obviously.
Has to be windsor terrace. No kensington. Maybe I would look in pk slope if it was right.
