I've noticed that there are 3 houses for sale on Spruce Ave in Paoli, Pa, with a 4th recently sold. I am
really attracted to this area and really interested in buying right now, especially interested in two of the three homes. However, with that many houses selling on the same street I'm worried that maybe something is going on in the neighborhood that I'm not aware of. Anyone have any insight?

While an agent can certainly help you with the purchase of a home, you will probably find answers to your questions by simply talking to some of the neighbors. There are certain legal restrictions on what real estate licensees can tell you about a neighborhood. As with any buyer I represent, I recommend you spend some time in the neighborhood and talk to some of the people who would become your neighbors if you decided to buy there.
Additionally, you could contact the local police department, megan's law website thru the PA State Police, and municipal officials for more information.
