listings: The listing has been successfully added and claimed What does it mean that it is claimed?? On another of my listings, the Listing REALTOR is someone other than myself, the listing broker something other than my own. Is there something I don't know or are these simply mix-ups on the part of Trulia? Thanks - Jim
Hi Christina - "Emily of Trulia" did make the change in a timely manner for the listing broker and agent information. She is working on fully correcting the open house time and dates as a small glitch still remains there. She deserves credit for her professional response and rapid action.
Jim,
I would report that to Trulia. It is illegal for them to have a listing posted with incorrect brokerage and agent information.
Good Luck!

Hi Don - Thanks for the info, it makes me feel better. "Emily from Trulia" is right on top of things and has contacted me and is working on straightening it all out. The only thing I have to wonder is why it will take 36 hours for the fix to show up, but that is okay I guess.
Jim, I had similar problems and advised them; last week they told me via email that they have fixed the problem. The feed to them is good; their interpolation/posting of the data is the problem. I advised ListHub of that, as I don't want the risk that my listings are incorrectly reported. If ListHub can't get Trulia to properly represent our listings they should stop the feed in bulk for all agents, as we have liability since Ohio law requires that agent advertisements - which is essentially what a listing on Trulia is - properly display the agent name and brokerage, which was not happening. I can't afford a risk to my license due to a 3rd party's non-compliance. If after your investigation you are not satisfied, uncheck the Trulia box on the ListHub feed.
