I've heard that lenders are not loaning on manufactured homes? Is so, cash or owner financing the only?

Some lenders are not loaning on manufactured homes but there are other lenders that specialize in manufactured homes. Also, it changes periodically. If you need further information, please call me and I will be happy to put you in touch with the bank I use. Thanks for your question.
