I've already got a couple places in mind, but where should I start?

Hi John,

Are you looking for a new home in a specific city or neighborhood, or just somewhere in the bay area in general?

There are plenty of great new buildings in SF that have just come on the market, or that will come on the market soon. You're best bet is to contact a real estate agent to help you with your hunt, as they'll have the most up-to-date information on the newest buildings around.

If there's anything I can do to help, don't hesitate to get in touch!

Hi John,

If you are looking for a new development home in San Francisco, there are no shortages of new developments these days.

Here are some widely anticipated developments coming on the SF market soon:

Lumina designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, will be available for pre-sales this fall. Lumina will offer modern interiors framed by expansive windows with majestic vistas of the City and the Bay. One-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium residences located between Main and Folsom. Prices are yet to be released.

Another new development you might be interested in is the SF Shipyard. Tons of history and prices start at around $400k which is a great deal for SF. The developers Lennar Urban, have a big vision in the restructuring of the Bayview/Hunter Point neighborhood. So, it might be a good idea to take a look at this new development, if you are interested in buying a piece of San Francisco history.

Good luck on the search!

Hi John Jason,

If you're looking for a new home in the Bay Area, then you are in luck. The Bay Area and East Bay have some of the best new housing developments in California. We do a lot of work within new developments, and would love to assist you in any questions that you have about new developments. Here are some examples of new developments below:

Marquette Barrington in Brentwood

Piazza Sorrento in Dublin

Verona Estates in Dublin

Chateau Fallon Crossing in Dublin

Quail Ridge in Danville

Alamo Creek in Danville

While we only provided you with a couple of examples for now, we would love to be able to further assist you in your search for a new home within the Bay Area or East Bay.

The best place is here! New developments give commissions to agents to represent buyers, and you would benefit by having a local agent help you evaluate the pricing and upgrades on a new home. Having your own agent, rather than using the agent at the development will give you far more unbiased opinions about pricing, comparisons to other older communities in the area, and help you negotiate. Just look on the toolbar at the top of the page, and click on "Find an agent", and drop some an email!! BTW, many new developments will only pay commission to your own realtor if they come and sign in with you on your first visit, so get your agent before visiting or call and ask the development what their rules are for you to have an agent.
