Home Buying in Friendswood>Question Details

Mark Seaman, Home Owner in Pearland, TX

I seems that houses in the Autumn Creek sub-division of Friendswood take much longer to sell than other subdivision in the city. Any ideas why?

Just a note re the HOA - there has been a change in management and the HOA fee has decreased to $550. Compare that to West ranch at $1250

Autumn Creek is a great location with beautiful homes. They only two things that may cause the houses in that subdivision to remain on the market a little longer may be, 1.) It is not in Friendswood ISD 2.) The yearly HOA may seem a little high to some buyers. If you are wanting to list your home do not let that scare you. There will be a buyer out there for your home.
