Broker/Salesperson has equitable interest in the property" ?
Hi Dream Vacationer,
I have answered other questions for you previously--it would be much easier to have a conversation and answer your questions personally--I would love to be of service to you--if you are looking for a realtor to assist, I would love to apply for the job!! As previously noted, any time a property has a connection to a realtor that has it listed, they must disclose that relationship. This is so that everyone is out in the open regarding who might profit from the transaction.
I would love to work with you--I just put two houses under contract this past week, and would love to do the same for you!!

In Florida, this language is required in the MLS as well as "owner agent" on the signage. There has to be full disclosure when the agent owns the property or even has a small interest. I would be happy to help you in any way and it would benefit you to have your own representation. Feel free to call or email me at clayton@mainsailrealtycompany.com and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Best,

It means the listing agent/realtor and seller are one in the same. This mean that the listing agent is the seller and will be profiting from the sale.
