In this market, the first step for you is to have a pre-approval from a direct lender. Bank of America would be your best bet as they control a large amount of the bank owned properties in the area. Either directly or indirectly. Once you have a pre-approval, you can really start your search. There are fewer to choose from and they all sell VERY quickly so, you have to be on the ball and have all of your ducks in a row BEFORE you start. Choose someone LOCAL and make certain they have experience in BOTH bank owned property listings AND sales. Having the internal knowlege of the process will make your experience a LOT less hectic. I see many an agent make 15 20 offers and NEVER get a property for their client. If it gets to that point, you need to find another agent. The house I am refurring to is located at 41403 Acacia Ave in Hemet. Our credit should be great. We have been renting the same duplex for over 20yrs now . We both work full time and we own 2 cars with 1 car paid off . We have checked out this house several times over the year and today we both went by this house at different times and all of a sudden we want to know more about it.
