I see that the gated community Maison Du Comte of Inverness Illinois is offering mortgage rate buy downs up
to 3 percentage points and discounts up to $100,000.00 These homes were selling in the $600,000.00 dollar range. Do you think that this is a good value. I noticed that they just recently closed one of these homes at $825,000.00. They certainly are the most architecturally unique townhomes I have ever seen. They look like something out of Paris France. Look at Photos of them at europeantownhomes.com and tell me what you think. Thanks.

Yes that is an exceptional deal! I just sold one of those townhomes in August and they are absolutely gorgeous. One half is considered Palatine and the other half is Inverness. So if the name of the town is important to you, make sure if the one you're interested in is in the town you want to be in. I'd be happy to look up the address for you to check.
Also, if you tell me exactly what features the home you want has, I can look up solds that match in the mls, that way you'll have an exact idea of how much you are saving.
