I see no description that indicates a home is modular only Mobile or Manufactured. It seem that VA loans are not available for Manufactured homes
but available on Modular. Are Realtors treating Modular, Manufactured and Mobile as one in the same. I don't recall seeing any home described as Modular Construction.
