I see alot of homes in my target area with radiators and no central air.

What should I look for in assessing if a new system can be installed? Is there a typical cost range?

Hi Lisa;
In today's world you can install a central air system without removing the hot water house heating system.The cost is not expensive.
Please call me so we can discuss further.

I have a handful of properties in the area that have central air. Send me your email address and I will show you the listings. If you would like to view any of them let me know. You do not owe me anything for using my services. My commission comes out of the sellers proceeds.

Hi Lisa,

A lot depends on the homes age and if the current owner has updated the system from radiators. Yes, in most cases a HVAC company can install a updated central heating/air system. The price would depend on the houses layout and if their is any existing ducts. If you would like more information about it I would be happy to help. Please call or email me to discuss.
