I recieved My hud certicate and can use it in december. How do I find Hud home list for my area?

HUD.gov is for the whole nation. Since you are in Ohio, I would suggest http://sales.clfres.com/SelectCities.aspx?State=OH&x=6&y=7
You click the cities that interest you and the list is on your screen. The HUD list is updated
each Friday at 4:00pm ET. The first twen days are for OWNER OCCUPANT buyers and after that investors can buy them, so you want to move fast if you see something you like. You'll need a Realtor to submit a bid for you. I hope that helps!
