I recently purchased a home in my contract seller was to supply a 1 yr home warranty protection plan we closed on 10-14 we still have not received
this who should I contact who make sure this gets done
As Michelle mentioned, your Realtor should have the basic information regarding the company for you.
A few things to keep in mind - it's not uncommon for warranty paperwork to take 7 to 10 working days to reach you. Also, if you need to make a claim before receiving your packet, you must still call the 800 number before making any repairs. Again, your agent should have that number for you.

Call your real estate agent. They should have a copy of the warranty in their file, if it was paid for prior to closing.
The title company may have paid for the policy out of the sellers proceeds. Your agent should also have that information.
