I put in an offer yesterday on a REO home in Denison, TX. My offer was very slightly higher than the bargain

basement price of this property, but my realtor said there has been a tremendous amount of interest in the few days since this has been on the market. So I have a few questions: First, since I will be paying cash up front for this property and it will be owner occupied and it was even a little bit over the asking price, are my chances decent of actually getting this house? The more I read here the more paranoid I am that my offer wasn't high enough.
Second, how long should it take to hear back from the bank? My realtor said it would probably be Monday, but is it really likely to be so soon?
Third, how can I find out if another offer has been made on the house? Will my realtor notify me?
This whole thing just has me so nervous and as a first time home buyer there are so many questions!
