I own a home in Morgan's Point Resort and would like to know how many other unsuspecting buyers have had
septic problems with these new aerobic septic systems as we have. A brand new home and constant problems, I don't think the Health Dept should have approved the system at all. It was approved on the single lot like they are not approving any more. But we have no recourse it seems. If anyone knows of any solutions please let me know. Thanks.

FIRST ANSWER
Can you go back to the builder to ask for solutions?
If the builder is unwilling to help can you go to the TRCC?
Have you consulted a septic expert?
Have you consulted the health department if they approved the system?
Those would be the first resources I'd use.
