I notice that homes that are IBHS certified have dramatically lower insurance costs. Is there anyway to tell?

FIRST ANSWER

Hi Shane, I expect that what you will find is that it is disclosed as an IBHS home. After all, it has gone through the rigors of making it safe, according to the standards of the Institute for for home safety. If it isn't disclosed, just ask the listing agent.
