It will be very challenging for you to find a Landlord / Property Manager who will allow that many people to occupy one house. For example, I just looked up the largest house for lease in 76112, and they will not allow more that 2 people to occupy a bedroom. So a 4-bedroom house may be limited to 8 people.
However, if you were to buy a house, you can have as many people living in it as you like. (Providing you don't violate any city ordnances.) So, if you feel that your credit is good, and you have some money for a down payment, get in touch with me, and I will show you how to qualify for a mortgage loan. ~And then we can go out and buy a nice big house for your family!
Best of luck to you!

I agree with Rick I would start looking at the notion of possibly purchasing. I believe we all lose a great deal of understanding by attempting to communicate online, if you have any further question feel free to call me directly. Thank you.
