Tom, Home Buyer in Woodland Hills, CA

I need to arrange a non-FHA loan. Have plenty of income and downpayment. Problem is some old non-sueable credit card accounts.

All depends on if there is a legitimate dispute made in a timely manner. If not you could have trouble getting a loan and/or will pay a higher rate.

Show the specifics to a knowlegable loan officer.

Hi, Tom,

Call 800-835-1608 (Balboa Mortgage) and ask for Walter. I send all my buyers to him. He is a miracle worker and was able to approve my buyers in all sorts of situations (even if they were declined). They have many loan programs and they may be able to work with your situation.

Yulia.
