I am married and my husband has really bad credit but i want to buy a home. Any advise on what i can do if my scores are at 648 620 600 and I have $10,000 saved for a home. Is it possible to stll get into a home without using my husbands credit and income.Where should I start with a mortgage company or go straight to a bank?

You can absolutely get a loan. My company also will accept borrowers down to 531 credit scores if you would like to use your husbands income. My name is Jake Johnson and you can email me at jjohnson@lendamerica.com. Talk to you soon!

Looks like you are okay with credit. I'd suggest a mortgage broker as they can provide many different programs. And yes, as long as you qualify on your income we can use your credit only. Call Lisa at Loan Net Expo at 214-815-3994. She's my go to loan officer on all my stuff. Tell her Rob sent ya'.

If you do not need his income to qualify, then his credit is not considered.
With these scores, FHA will be the loan of choice. And FHA will require that his credit be pulled and his debt payments added to your loan application. His credit, otherwise, will NOT be a factor in the loan.

I can refer you to a Keller Williams office in Fate if you like. The agent there works with an excellent
lender who can answer all of your questions and help you get pre-approved. Please go to my web site http://www.janabsolom.com and email me and that way I can talk with you. I also know an excellent credit
repair agency that can help you.
