Hi Barry
Ibis Cove is a moderately priced community with 19 acres of lakes to walk around,2 tennis court's a 5000 ft club house and a huge sundeck area. Naples has several similar communities. The association fees are in the $700 range quarterly and they are allowed 2-3 rentals a year 30 day min. Currently there are 26 units on the market ranging in price from $200,000 to $465,000. And in the last year there have been 34 sold . If you are looking for options to Ibis, what you may want to consider is the type of life style you want and there are a lot of brand new condos forsale with great incentives for the buyers. Find a good realtor who will help you through the process to allow you to not only get the best buy but also the best fit for you. Are you a golfer, is it important for you to be close to the downtown or the beach, I hope I am not Sat Feb 9 2008, 20:01 Web Reference: http://www.CaronHomeTeam.com
